The Mexico Renewable Energy Program was implemented by an interdisciplinary team whose members were well-experienced in renewable energy technologies and their respective applications. The team, often referred to as the "Sandia Team", consisted of members from Sandia National Laboratories and several Sandia subcontractors (both in the U.S. and Mexico).
