- Assist Mexican program partners in implementing large-scale renewable energy replication and new application programs
- Build the technical and operational capacity of partners to carryout renewable energy based projects & programs
- Provide technical assistance and conduct workshop/trainings on renewable energy technologies, applications, financing, and project implementations
- Emphasize applications concerning protected areas, agriculture, distance education, and rural electrification
- Provide assistance to program partners in the support of renewable energy policy promotion in Mexico
